The Stock Exchange of Thailand's main index was up 1.41 points or 0.09% to close at 1,583.53 points today. The SET50 index ended at 1,003.26 points, up 3.13 points or 0.31%, in trade worth 24.89 billion baht. The MAI index went down 3.04 points or 0.51% to close at 596.08 points with total transaction value of 1.87 billion baht. Local institutions and foreign investors were net buyers of 1.53 billion baht and 475 million baht respectively. Brokers and retail investors were net sellers of 1.02 billion baht and 983 million baht respectively.
